In his defense, he said probation. Hostess-gate is a secondary violation which equals nothing. If you're talking about Linda Bensel Meyers, UT was cleared of any wrongdoing there too. They've been on probation one time in the programs history and that was in the 80's for a phone card type scam they had going on.
